In this three part interview with tattoo artist and owner of Lucky 7 Tattoo, Wayne Evans, joins tennis and music enthusiast Chazz Schinzer, and Sully's songwriting and business parter Ryan "Blizzle' Black to talk about Waynes's experience of growing up in Rapid City, South Dakota. Rapid City would become a major port for touring punk bands beginning in the mid 1980's as well as creating it's own vibrant local scene. Chazz, provides a comical backdrop on following music during the early days of punk while growing up in the musical wasteland of western Illinois.
